In January I finally decided it was time to get back on the road and stopped in to look at the Triumphs. No pressure from staff, they just offered me help if needed. On 3/31/21 I was ready. John Davis in Sales was pleasant and knowledgeable and treated me very well.
I asked a few questions, got a great price, picked my new Bonneville,and it was done.
Yvette walked me through the paperwork with a smile and made sure everything was clear and simple. Im only sorry that I was not able to give Moose (her dear departed friend and the dealerships unofficial mascot) a pat.
Im waiting to pick up my new Triumph next week, and Im sure that it will be only the first of many enjoyable returns to a dealership that puts customer satisfaction as its main priority!
